Positive magnetostriction TbFe amorphous film is sputtered on one side and negative magnetostriction SmFe amorphous film is on opposite side.<br />
The cantilever is actuated by external magnetic field. In this video, magnetic field is applied to the width direction. The amplitude of the oscillation showed a peak at its resonance frequency.</p>
