<p>It is about 8µm in width which is about 1/10 of the diameter of a human hair.  It was milled on a silicon piece.</p>
<p>It was made in Ottawa, Canada with an NVision, the dual column microscope from Carl Zeiss. The pattern generator used is NPVE from Fibics Incorporated.<br />

<p>C&#8217;est sans doute le plus petit logo du Canadien de Montréal jamais réalisée.  Le tout a été fait à l&#8217;aide du système NPVE de Fibics et du microscope électronique à double colonne, le NVision, de Zeiss.</p>
<p>Le logo fait environ 10µm de large ce qui est grosso-modo le dixieme de la taille d&#8217;un cheveux.</p>
