pDEP in microfluidics

+ The left movie file is that fluorescence poly sterene particles are pushed downward by pressure. About 00:12 point, pDEP starts to attract the particles toward the edge of the electrode which shape is ‘//’ in the movie. The width of channel is 100 micron and the diameter of the particles is 2 micron. Microfluidics channel structure was made by SU-8 on SiO2 wafer.
