The Vestibular Dynamic Inclinometer (VDI) is a sensor motivated bu the human vesitbular system that is made up of two MEMS linear accelerometers and one MEMS gyroscope. Prototype of single optical fiber actuator for large (1000+) arrays to intercept individual star/galaxy images in telescope image plane for spectroscopy analysis.
